AI Made Doable — a four week live cohort

You've talked to AI. You've never actually worked with it.

Most AI content gets saved and never opened again. This is four weeks, one hour a week, on your lunch break, live with me and a small group, not a video you'll mean to get back to. You'll learn the actual fundamentals, what a context file is, how to give AI the details of your real life, what a connector does, and leave with real systems running in your work and your life, not more tips you never used.

Sound familiar?

You're not behind. Nobody's actually shown you what's possible yet, and the content that exists either talks down to you or assumes things you were never taught.

You've opened ChatGPT and closed it againNothing about your actual week has changed because of it.

The tech bro content puts you offYou want plain English, not another thread about agents.

You've got a business ideaAnd you genuinely don't know if AI could help you start it.

You're time poor, not motivation poorAn hour on a Tuesday works. Daily homework does not.

You keep re-explaining yourself to AIEvery chat starts from zero and it's exhausting.

You've heard of "connectors" and "context files"And nobody has actually explained what they are.

This probably isn't for you if you're already building your own automations and skills. This is the beginning, not the deep end.

It is for you if you're smart, busy, and tired of feeling like AI is a party you weren't invited to.

Everyone's talking to AI. Almost nobody's connected it to their life.

Chatting with AI and having it actually work with you are not the same skill. One means retyping the same context every single time, your kids, your week, your business, from scratch, in every new chat. The other means it already knows, before you've said a word.

That's the whole difference this cohort teaches. Not more prompts. The thing most people never get shown: how to stop talking at AI and start actually working with it.

The basics first, then real things built

This isn't "here's one prompt, good luck." Before we build anything, you'll actually understand what you're working with. And you won't just walk away with one thing you're hoping to finish, even on the weeks we're building something of mine, live, together, you leave with it running. Your own thing is what you're really here for, but you're never leaving empty-handed while you get there.

Week 01

Beyond the chatbot

You stop assuming AI can't really help you and see, live, exactly what changes when it can. You'll watch the same question answered twice, once by AI that's just chatting, once by AI that can actually see your week. Then: what a context file does, what a connector is, what it can see and what it can't. No jargon, just what's true.

Week 02

Teach it about your actual life

You stop re-explaining your kids, your business, your week, every single time you open a chat. You'll build your first context file to make that happen, then connect one real thing, your email or your calendar, and watch it actually work.

Week 03

Build it, properly

You leave this week with real systems already running, whatever happens with the rest of your week. We build a couple of the things I run every day, live, together, so nothing depends on your own project finishing on time. Then you map your own dreaded task, before and after, and build a real version of it in a no code tool. You don't need to be technical for any of this.

Week 04

Show and tell, then what's next

You leave with proof, not a certificate, actual working things you built in four weeks, shown to the room. We close on your smallest next step, who's checking on you, and where to take it further if you want to keep going.

One hour a week, not another course you never finish

I built this around the way you actually live, not the way a course platform wants you to.

One live call a week, an hour long. No daily tasks, no guilt if a week gets away from you.

Small cohort, capped numbers. Calls stay real conversations, not a webinar with your name in a chat box.

A group between calls. Post what you're stuck on, see what everyone else is building, ask questions any time.

Everything recorded. If life gets in the way of a live call, you don't lose the week.

This is how I actually get through my week

Arfah Farooq

I'm a late diagnosed ADHDer with two small kids, and none of what I teach is theory. My mornings run on an AI briefing I built myself. My daughter's routines live in a context file I built the same way I'll show you.

I run AI Compass Labs, teaching organisations like BIMA and the Muslim Sports Foundation to actually use AI properly, and I co-founded Muslim Tech Fest, the global conference showcasing Muslim talent in technology. I was ranked 6th on Computer Weekly's Most Influential Women in UK Tech in 2025, then inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2026. What I learned across all of that is the same thing that's true for you: the block is almost never the technology. It's not knowing where to start on your own real life.

This is that starting point, built for the version of you that's busy, not the version of you that has a spare weekend.

This is what happens when I teach it properly

Real quotes from organisations I've taught through AI Compass Labs.

"This was more than just an information-heavy AI training webinar, it was a structured programme focused on practical implementation. AI now helps streamline processes and protect headspace."

Dr Qasim Javed, Chair of Council, BIMA

"The training made me realise just how much more powerful and practical it can be in my role. This has already saved me a significant amount of time."

Sahiba Majeed, Data & Insight Manager, Muslim Sports Foundation

"The fear around AI completely disappeared. It went from something people were anxious about to something they felt confident using. By the end of the day, staff were saying, 'Oh okay, I can actually do this.'"

Abdul-Wadud Ahmed, Association of Muslim Schools

Here's exactly what's in it

Four live calls with me, not a recording of someone else's.

Every call recorded and yours to keep, so a missed week is never a lost week.

The actual templates I use, the context file starter and the idea-to-build brief, not just talked through, handed to you.

A small group for the full four weeks, to post what you're stuck on between calls.

A working thing you actually built, not a certificate. Something running in your life by week four.

Early bird, then it goes up

The cohort is capped, so the early bird price is also limited by numbers, not just the date.

Early bird

£150

First spots, cart opens 15 September

This isn't a become-an-expert-overnight thing

It's skill building, and skill building takes reps. You might feel confused in week one, or get a rubbish answer back and decide AI just isn't for you. That's normal, it's exactly why we do the reps live together instead of you working it out alone at 11pm.

I won't promise you'll automate your whole life in four weeks. What I will promise: if you show up and actually build, you leave with a real working thing, not a folder of tips you meant to try.

Before you join the waitlist

Do I need to be techy for this?

No. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can do everything in this cohort. Week one exists precisely because most people were never taught the basics, so we start there properly.

What actually is a context file?

It's a simple document that tells AI who you are, once, so you stop re-explaining yourself every single chat. We build your first one in week two, and by the end you'll understand exactly why it changes everything.

I'm really busy. Is this realistic for me?

That's who I built it for. One hour a week, live, and everything's recorded if a week gets away from you. There's no daily homework and no guilt if you miss a call.

Is this just for mums?

No. It's for busy people who want AI actually working for their real life, whatever that looks like for you, a business idea, a family to run, or both. Mums tend to find their way here, but that's not a requirement.

How is this different from your AI Compass Labs bootcamp?

The bootcamp is two intensive days, built for organisations and people who can clear the time. This is spread over four weeks, one hour at a time, built for people who can't clear two full days right now. Same honesty, different pace.

What if I join and can't make a live call?

Every call is recorded and the group stays open the whole four weeks, so you're never starting from nothing the following week.

Why join the waitlist instead of just waiting for the cart to open?

The early bird price is capped by numbers as well as by date. Waitlist members get first access before it opens publicly, and if it fills from the waitlist alone, that's genuinely possible.

Is £150–197 actually worth it?

Work out what an hour of your own time is actually worth. Now think about how many hours a week disappear into re-explaining yourself to AI, hunting for the right prompt, or just not opening it at all because you don't know where to start. This pays for itself fast, and it still works out to less than a single hour of my 1:1 coaching, which is £150 on its own.

Which AI should I use?

I teach in Claude, and I'd recommend the £20 a month Pro plan so connectors actually work properly. If you're already using something else, ChatGPT, Gemini, whatever, most of what you learn still applies. The foundations, context files, connectors, how to actually think about prompting, work across all of them. You'll just need to find the equivalent feature in your own tool, and I'll point you in the right direction on the calls.

Be first to know when it opens

Waitlist opens properly on 15 September. Add your email now and you'll be the first to hear when early bird spots go live, ahead of anyone finding this page cold.

P.S. I know what it feels like, AI is overwhelming, there are new things every day. But unlocking how it can help you save time, become more efficient and lighten the mental load across work and home life is when it becomes truly gamechanging.
