I was able to have a tour of WeCreate Pakistan and meet some of the businesses based there. WECREATE | PAKISTAN serves as an entrepreneurial community center for women interested in starting or expanding an existing business.
The Center provides mentoring, business connections, specialized training, connections to the community, media attention, access to markets and capital along with the technical tools and resources necessary for taking any business to the next level.

The two key best practices I found there was one there was a creche facility for children. So for working mums there was a playroom that could keep their kids busy while they work.

The facility also caters for men and businesses that are aimed as women.
