Habib University is the first dedicated Liberal Arts & Sciences university that offers interdisciplinary education with its unique Liberal Core. I attended Habib university as I got to speak about my fellowship work. In my visit there I also visited an incredible space called the “Playground” in this video I interview Dr Anzar Khaliq and Gulraiz Khan about it.

The Playground space is an incredible makerspace that encourages interdisciplinary projects between different disciplines of the university. The Playground helps in reducing barriers of interaction and learning between disciplines and schools. There is equipment that students can hire regardless of whatever subject they are studying. The idea if that in the real world, people from different backgrounds work together to solve an issue and the Playground helps to mimic that environment.
